Runza

Remember those pockets I made this week?

Well I sorta forgot about the leftover dough in the fridge so I had to quick use it up today.

We made Runza's. Made me think of college, remember Kris?

I put mushrooms and Swiss in ours. YUMMO!

    I was just thinking about them yesterday. I have my mom's recipe and I was thinking I should make them.

    I didn't have any cabbage so I used kohlrabi from my neighbors garden and just finely chopped it with the onion. It was delicious. I froze the extra 4 pockets for a rainy day:)
