What kid doesn't like pizza? I may have posted these before.
This time I sliced the zuc length wise and made longer pizzas.
I also roasted mine with a bit of olive oil and seasoning salt (for flavor) before I put the sauce and toppings on them. Then I broiled at 500 for 5 minutes. MMMMMMMM
The kids gobbled them up. I was glad they got their veggies:)
